What this site is

Peptide Industry Gossip compiles and summarizes public records, reporting by other outlets, observations of public web pages, company statements, and tips and community discussion about the peptide industry. We try to be accurate and to show our sources. This is an information service. It is not an official record, a regulator, or a substitute for the original documents.

Accuracy, errors and omissions

• We work from sources we can read and link. Even so, information here may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, including because a source was wrong, changed, or was removed, or because we misread it.
• Check the linked primary source before you rely on, repeat, or act on anything here. Where this site and a primary source differ, the primary source controls.
• Website observations are a snapshot at the stated date and time. A page that loaded for us may not load for you, and the reverse.
• “No record found” does not mean something did not happen.
• We update stories as we learn more. Changes to published items are logged on the Corrections page.

Allegations are not findings

• FDA warning letters, search warrants, charges, lawsuits and similar documents state allegations or the government’s position. They are not final determinations of liability unless a court or agency says so, and we try to say which. Where we describe a document, we describe what it says, not whether it is correct.
• Appearing on this site is not an accusation by us and does not mean a company or person did something wrong.
• Certainty labels (Documented, Confirmed, Observed, Reported, Unverified) describe how well we can support an item. Items labeled Reported are attributed to the outlet or person named. Items labeled Unverified, and Chatter items, are discussion only and are not statements of fact by us.

Third-party content and links

• Headlines, snippets and images in the feed and in receipts come from publishers’ public feeds, or link to them. The content and the views belong to those publishers and authors. We do not control, review or endorse them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
• Links to other sites are for reference. A link is not an endorsement or a sign of affiliation.

Tips and community discussion

• Material from tips, social posts and forums is unverified unless it is marked otherwise. The views belong to the people who posted them.
• Our editorial policy sets the minimum standard for each type of claim before we publish it.

Names, trademarks and affiliation

• Company, product and person names are used only to identify them in reporting and commentary. Trademarks belong to their owners.
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company named on this site, or by the FDA or any other government agency, unless we say so.

Images

• Images are credited. Where we use a stock or illustrative image, it is marked as such and is not a photo of the event described. Feed items that arrive without an image of their own may show a generic stock illustration, which is decoration and has nothing to do with the item.

• Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, investment, regulatory or purchasing advice, and nothing here recommends or discourages buying, selling, using or prescribing any product.
• Peptides and research compounds discussed here may be unapproved or restricted. Talk to a licensed professional about health decisions.
