What happened
- On Apr. 7, 2026, FDA posted five warning letters dated Mar. 31, 2026 to peptide sellers.
- The recipients are Lovega LLC dba Pink Pony Peptides (Wellington, FL), Gram Peptides (Rancho Santa Fe, CA), Prime Sciences (Scottsdale, AZ), Mile High Compounds LLC (Clifton, CO) and PekCura Labs (Pensacola, FL), per the addresses in the letters.
- Products named include tirzepatide, retatrutide, semaglutide, cagrilintide and mazdutide. All five letters also name bacteriostatic water offered for sale alongside peptide products, and all five quote research-only wording from the firms’ labeling.
- Each letter gave the firm 15 working days from receipt to describe the steps it had taken to correct the violations.
